Designed and developed Puyô Property, a real estate marketplace built to connect property seekers, agents, and property listings across Davao City, Tagum City, and surrounding areas. The platform combines property discovery, agent profiles, listing management, and lead-generation functionality within a responsive WordPress-based system.

Searchable property content, agent profiles, property categories, location-focused pages, and lead-generation features were brought together within a consistent marketplace interface.
The platform was developed on WordPress with custom marketplace functionality and structured property data. I implemented property and agent content systems, profile-claiming functionality, agent onboarding workflows, listing capabilities, responsive interfaces, and administrative tools for managing marketplace content as the platform expands.
Puyô Property launched as a functioning real estate marketplace with property listings, agent profiles, profile claiming, agent onboarding, and property discovery functionality. Its modular architecture provides a foundation for expanding listings, participating agents, locations, and marketplace features over time.
